Composition

• Collagen is a ‘glue-forming’ protein that strengthens the skin and gives it resilience and suppleness. It is an important component of the connective tissue that determines skin tone. From around the age of 30, more and more wrinkles and fine lines form due to the decrease in collagen in the skin; this process is accelerated by factors such as air pollution, smoking, and alcohol. Which type of collagen? Collagen hydrolysate (Peptan®) is the only form of collagen that is easily absorbed. A collagen supplement replenishes your own collagen, stimulates the natural production of collagen, and thereby the regeneration process of your skin. Bloosil® from bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea R) is a major source of silicon. Silicon plays a role in collagen production and is important for the health of the skin, hair, and nails. Thanks to its bonds with collagen, elastin, keratin, and proteoglycans, silicon contributes to the structure, firmness, and elasticity of connective tissue. Silicon increases the stability and absorbability of other active ingredients.
• Vitamin C helps with the production and preservation of collagen in connective tissue, the skeletal system, the skin, and capillaries. Wounds heal faster, and vitamin C has a strong antioxidant effect.

Young adult: 1 shot per week

25 – 45 years: 1 shot every other day

45 years and older: 1 shot every other day for maintenance / 1 shot per day for recovery and renewal

Any time of day is fine for intake. For athletes, we recommend post-workout intake. Higher dosing is pointless.
