Payment methods

How can I pay?
You can pay securely with us via the following payment methods:
• iDeal, Maestro or Bancontact: the trusted payment environment of your bank.
• Credit card, Visa or Mastercard: the amount is reserved and only debited after your item has been delivered.
• Giropay: the trusted payment environment of your bank in Germany.
• PayPal: pay securely in your own way with your PayPal account.
• Klarna: pay within 14 days of receipt of your order, only for the items you keep. You pay afterwards via the payment overview of Klarna. €1.50 will be charged for this.

 

Invoice
We always include the invoice for your ordered products in your order. The invoice is then also digitally stored in your online account on our site. This way you can always look back if you have lost it, for example.

How do I pay an outstanding invoice
You can easily pay an outstanding invoice by transferring the amount yourself to our IBAN:
NL53 RABO 0166395617 (BIC: RABONL2U), with the invoice number as description.

Can I adjust the invoice?
No that is not possible. To protect your data, an invoice cannot be adjusted once the order has been placed. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it and place it again with a new billing address.

Pay safely online via Payment Service Provider Lightspeed Payments
As a Payment Service Provider, Lightspeed Payments makes it possible for online retailers to offer various online payment methods, such as iDEAL and PayPal, in their webshop. As a consumer, you can make your online payments within the webshop within a user-friendly and secure payment environment. Lightspeed Payments is only responsible for the handling of your payment and has no influence on the delivery of your online purchases.

Refund

How soon will I be refunded after returning?
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with a refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.

How soon will I be refunded after canceling?
If an order is canceled after you have already completed and paid it, we will immediately refund the amount via the same payment method with which you paid.
How quickly you have the money back in your account depends on the payment method.

How soon will I be refunded if my order has failed?
There can be several causes that your order has failed. Have you already paid and still want to receive the order? Then we ensure that it is still sent to you.
If you want to receive your purchase amount back, it will be refunded immediately via the same payment method that was used for payment.

Will I also receive a credit invoice?
If you return products or if you are entitled to a warranty refund, you will receive a credit invoice from us. We send this by e-mail, but it is then automatically placed in your online account.

 


Payment reminder and collection

Payment reminder
If we have not received payment, you will automatically receive a payment reminder from us by email after 14 days.
A second payment reminder will follow a week later and a final reminder a week later.
We assume, of course, that it will not come to that.

Paid in the meantime?
If your payment and our reminder have crossed, you don't have to pay anymore. The processing then takes place in the meantime and the payment is completed in our administration.

What happens if you don't pay?
If we have not received your payment after 3 payment reminders, we will hand over the claim to the collection agency Betalis, from which time we will no longer have any insight into your payment.
