It is always possible that after receiving your order, you still want to cancel it and return the products. You can then use the right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your withdrawal from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post or email). You can use the European model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
For returns, we would appreciate it if we receive the cosmetic products in the original sales packaging and unopened, properly packaged. Always state your name and shipping address so that we know where the package came from.
Consequences of the revocation; If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that time, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are for your own account.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are lipstick, cream, shampoo and other liquid cosmetic products whose seal has been broken after delivery.
For reasons of hygiene, these products are not suitable for return if the seal is broken.
Can I return my items?
We encourage you to take a moment to consider whether the product or item you received is the one you had in mind. If your item is not a good match, you may return the product (unused) to us within the trial period of 14 days. For more information look here.
Are there products that I am not allowed to return?
Yes, there are also products that you are no longer allowed to return, such as lipstick, cream, shampoo and other liquid cosmetic products whose seal has been broken after delivery. For reasons of hygiene, these products are not suitable for return if the seal is broken.
How do I return my items?
Contact our customer service by telephone or send an email to [email protected], our colleagues will be happy to help you determine the easiest way for the return. We will ensure that you receive a shipping label by email that you can stick on your package. You can also choose a shipping method yourself. The direct costs of returning will then be at your own expense.
Do I have to pay for returns?
If you wish to cancel the purchase after delivery, you will be charged the return costs of €4.25. These costs will be deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded for the relevant returned product(s). If it concerns an exchange or if a product has been delivered incorrectly by us, there are no costs involved. If you register the exchange with us, we will provide the shipping label. You can also ship the item yourself, in which case the return costs will be at your own expense.
Can I have my return collected?
After consultation with our customer service, it is also possible to have the return shipment collected by DHL. It is important that you are at home when DHL visits you. You understand that there will be additional costs
