Ordering and delivery for consumers
When do I receive my order?
We do our utmost every day to send your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders received by us before 2 p.m. are in principle processed and shipped the same day (from Monday to Friday).
Which countries do we deliver to?
We deliver all products throughout Europe.
How soon will I receive my order?
Depending on the parcel service, the order will be delivered the next day or the day after in the Netherlands, with the exception of Sunday. In the unlikely event that we do not have a product at home, you will receive it later. We will of course always let you know in advance.
If you live outside the Netherlands, your order will take longer, below an indication:
Germany, Luxembourg: + 2 to 3 working days
Other EU countries, Norway, Switzerland: + 3 to 4 working days
Other European countries: + 7 to 9 working days
North and Central America, Caribbean: + 5 to 12 business days
Asia, Australia, New Zealand: + 9 to 12 business days
Other countries: + 8 to 10 working days
How will my order be shipped?
We naturally want your sensitive products to be delivered properly. That is why most products are packed well protected by us. These then go in a suitable box. These boxes are delivered to you by DHL parcel service from Monday to Saturday. If you are not at home, the package will be offered again the next day. If that fails, the package will be delivered to a parcelshop nearest to you. DHL will leave a message of this.
If it is a very small product such as an Eyepencil, it will be sent in a letterbox box with PostNL or DHL, again from Monday to Saturday.
Was my order successful because I have not received a confirmation?
After your final confirmation of the order, you will receive an email from us. If unfortunately this message is not received due to a technical problem, please contact our customer service and we will make sure that everything goes well.
Can I still change my order after confirmation?
No, this cannot be changed to protect your data. You can always contact our customer service so that we can adjust the order for you. Often he will go to you on the way without delay.
Can I still cancel my order?
Of course, it is always possible that you regret or wanted to order something else.
If you want to cancel that order, you must do so within 3 hours after confirmation. The best way to do this is to reply to us of the confirmation email. You may also send a message stating your order number to [email protected].
If you have already paid, we will refund the amount to your account within 3 days via the same payment method.
How do I order something from Mink Beauty Concepts (minkbc.nl)?
Ordering at minkbc.nl is very easy, follow the steps below:
1 Choose your product from the main menu or one of the submenus and place it in the shopping bag.
2 Log in or create an account if you are new to us.
3 Check your order and finish by paying. This can be done with iDeal, credit card or afterwards.
If you have a problem during the ordering process, please delete your cookies and try again. This often solves a lot of problems. If it still does not work after that, please contact our customer service and we will help you with that.
Will my order be delivered for free?
Yes, orders from € 35, - are delivered without shipping costs in the Netherlands. For orders under € 35.00 € 4.25 will be charged.
Additional shipping costs will be charged for a shipment outside the Netherlands. If you make the right choice in the order menu, you will automatically see it.

Within the EU € 7.00 - € 34.00
Outside the EU € 22.00 - € 25.00
Outside Europe € 25.00 - € 29.00
Pay attention! Import or customs duties may be levied outside the EU. You can find out more about this through local customs.
Can I also pick up my order somewhere?
Yes of course you can. You can always pick up your order at our headquarters in Rhoon, The Netherlands.
In addition, you can have your order delivered to a DHL parcel point in your area, which is easy because you do not have to be at home.
Select what you prefer when you order.
You will then see via the track & trace code when your package is expected at the parcel point.
You can then come by at your time to pick it up. Please bring a valid proof of identity so that we can see to whom the package is being given. Uncollected parcels will be returned after 14 days.
Who delivers my order?
Small and large packages are delivered by DHL.
Mailbox packages and envelopes are delivered by DHL or PostNL.
Do I receive a Track & Trace code?
Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace code for the package that is on its way to you will also receive this code for letterbox packages. This way you can easily see where and when your package will be delivered. The code is automatically sent to you by the parcel service, within 24 hours after sending by us.
If you have not received a tracking code within 24 hours on working days, please contact our customer service because we will immediately find out for you what may have happened.
